I am a food technologist and have been connected to production since the start of my career. Production became leadership. Leadership became entrepreneurial responsibility. And out of that experience grew my work as an interim manager and consultant.
Since 2005 I have supported companies in situations where experience, decisiveness and an independent view matter most.

How I lead
Leadership needs clarity. People have to know what is expected of them, which priorities apply and which decisions have been taken. I combine direct communication with respect and empathy.
Change does not work against an organisation. It works when people understand why something has to change and what part they play in it.
How I see interim management
I do not want to stay in a company as long as possible. I want to solve my task. That is why preparing the handover is part of the assignment from the first day.
In several assignments I selected and trained a successor together with the management and then ensured an orderly handover.
