Site access and server log files

This website is hosted by 1&1 Mail & Media GmbH (service: WEB.DE Hosting), Brauerstraße 48, 76135 Karlsruhe, Germany. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data that your browser transmits automatically:

• shortened or full IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• name and size of the file retrieved
• notification of whether retrieval succeeded
• referring page, where transmitted
• browser and operating system used

This processing is necessary to provide and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the technically sound and secure operation of the site. This data is not combined with other data sources. Log data is deleted automatically after a short period. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

Getting in touch

If you contact me by email or telephone, I process the data you provide in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Your data is deleted once the matter is closed, unless statutory retention periods apply.
